Ferry Schedule Requirements: Please use the designated Sado Kisen Ferry times listed below. If you prefer alternative departure times, you may need to wait at the destination.
Outbound Routes:
- Niigata → Ryotsu: 9:15→11:45 or 12:45→15:15
- Naoetsu → Ogi: 14:00→16:40
Return Routes:
- Ryotsu → Niigata: 9:15→11:45 or 12:45→15:15
- Ogi → Naoetsu: 10:35→13:15

If you would like to participate, please contact us in advance and we will make the arrangements for you. Please note that you may not be able to participate depending on the ferry arrival and departure times.
Sado Kisen round-trip ferry ticket
Please contact us for ferry tickets at the ferry departure point (Niigata City or Joetsu City), which can be arranged separately.
We recommend accessing Sado from the Sado Kisen (Niigata-Ryotsu route) as this ferry service is less affected by weather and operates more reliably.
Other Information
Event Cancellation Policy
If Earth Celebration (the “Event”) is cancelled before its opening or commencement, we will refund the ticket price along with the prescribed compensation fee. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for other travel expenses incurred.
Ferry Cancellation and Return Travel
Since this event takes place on an island (Sado Island), ferries may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances. In the unlikely event of ferry cancellation, you may not be able to return as scheduled and may need to stay an additional night on Sado Island. Should this occur, we will make every effort to minimize inconvenience to our guests. However, please be aware that accommodation near the event venue becomes extremely crowded during the event period.
As a result, available lodging may be located far from the venue or may not meet your preferences. Please note that any additional transportation arrangements or accommodation costs not specified in your original travel contract will be borne entirely by the customer. We appreciate your understanding in advance regarding these circumstances.
Cancel Policy
Pre-Travel Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel your tour booking after the travel contract has been established, the following cancellation fees will apply based on when you cancel:
Earth Celebration tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If you cancel your tour after June 17th (when tickets are arranged), the Earth Celebration ticket cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

How Cancellation Fees Are Calculated
- Before June 17th: Standard percentage of total tour price
- After June 17th: The Earth Celebration ticket portion becomes non-refundable, plus percentage fees apply to the remaining tour components

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your cancellation notice
- No-shows (failure to appear without prior notice) incur the full tour price as a cancellation fee
- These fees apply to customer-initiated cancellations only
